The Stevens Family Of Companies and the Stevens Auction Company Family lost a
fixture in our auction group on Thursday morning with the passing of Mr. Jim Wilson.
He served as our specialist of many things over the years . He was a much loved brother
in law to our founder, Mayor Dwight Stevens. Jim was a very successful engineer for many
years having worked in the United States Space industry. Mr.Stevens sister Carolyn Wilson
and her husband Jim spent many happy years traveling around the country from state to state.
Jim will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched. He was called home to meet his father
on Thursday morning after an extended illness. Services will be from E.E. Pickle Funeral in Amory
on Sunday at 2 PM. God saw you getting weary and he did what he knew best. He tenderly closed your
eyes and took you home to rest. Rest easy dear friend and peace to family, and friends.
